Prof. Dr. Daniela Voigt (she/her)
“toxische unternehmenskultur verhindert diversity” (German & GSL, if necessary) – on-site
Toxic corporate cultures hinder diversity by promoting exclusion, abuse of power, and spirals of silence. In this session, we analyze typical dynamics, identify warning signs, and discuss concrete strategies for managers and teams to strengthen diversity in the long term—with room for exchange and practical ideas.

PD Dr. Luis Escobar (he/him)

Prof. Dr. Jan Schürmann-Vengels (he/him)
Diversity & psychische Gesundheit (German & GSL) – Hybrid
In his masterclass, Prof. Dr. Schürmann-Vengels, a pioneer in this field of research, impressively highlights the particular challenges and increased psychological stress that members of the queer community face in their everyday lives. He addresses both social and structural factors – from experiences of discrimination and lack of visibility to barriers in the healthcare system. With scientific depth and great sensitivity, he shows how psychological stress arises—and what it takes to specifically empower and support queer people in a workplace context.
Following the presentation, PD Dr. Luis Escobar, Mental Health Officer at AUDI AG, invites the audience to participate in an open dialogue: The audience has the opportunity to ask questions, contribute their own perspectives, and engage in a discussion with the “Master.”

Chancen, Unterschiede, Privilegien: Impulse zur Reflexion (German & GSL, if necessary) – on-site
People are multifaceted and bring with them a multitude of characteristics, experiences, and individual possibilities that make them unique. Many of these things are beyond our control. But what does that mean for our living conditions? In their breakout session, Daniel Danzl (TUM) and Frauke Bareiss (PROUT AT WORK) explore the topic of privilege and its effects. Participants can expect a stimulating mix of theoretical ideas, methodological approaches, and open discussions that invite in-depth reflection on privilege and its significance.

Ach das war doch nur ein Witz?!“ – Wenn Sprache Grenzen überschreitet. Abwertende Bemerkungen im täglichen Arbeitsalltag – wie können wir damit umgehen? (German & GSL, if necessary) – on-site
This session focuses on derogatory remarks and inappropriate language in everyday working life – often disguised as “fun.” Together, we want to create a space to share personal experiences without judgment.
Three employee networks: queer&friends@audi, women@audi, and dads@audi are represented together to demonstrate:
This topic affects us all – regardless of gender, origin, sexual orientation, or family role. Participants are invited to actively participate and learn about the support services and resources available at Audi. Because this topic affects us all – and no one has to deal with it alone.
