What is the deadline for refund requests?
Purchased tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the start of the event.
None of the provided payment options fit for me. What can I do?
Just send an email to info@proutatwork.de and we will find a solution.
What is the event language?
Most of the program is in German. Some of the program is planned in Englisch. Networking will be also possible in English.
I have registered for an on site participation but have not received a booking confirmation. Where can I find my ticket and what to do?
Access to the eTicket is available with an Eventbrite profile. For participation and admission on site, the confirmation email or a screenshot of it is sufficient. At the entrance there will be a list of participants to hand out the badges.
Which platform is used and how do I get access to the event?
We use Zoom and send the dial-in data for the event to all registered persons by e-mail in advance.
Is the event location ist wheelchair accessible?
The event location is wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring children to the event?
There is no specific childcare service available on site on the day of the event. However, children can be brought along after prior registration via mail.
What food options are available on site and are they included in the price?
We offer vegetarian and vegan options. All food and beverage options are included in the ticket price.
Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code. Come as you are and as you feel most comfortable: from your favorite Pride outfit to business casual.
Is there a preferred accommodation near the venue?
There is no separate hotel contingent for the event. We recommend the Motel One Hamburg-Alster, Intercity Barmbek or ibis Styles Barmbek.
